The Implant Sales Director will lead sales strategy, execution, and growth initiatives for our implant division. This individual will oversee a team of regional sales representatives, drive key account development, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical education teams. A strong background in dental implants, dental devices, or cosmetic healthcare is highly preferred to ensure rapid success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team across designated territories.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with dental surgeons, cosmetic dentists, and key opinion leaders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive market share growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools, campaigns, and promotional strategies.

  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Forecast sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report regularly to leadership.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in dental and cosmetic health.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success selling dental implants, dental devices, cosmetic medical products, or related healthcare products.

  • Strong network within dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), or cosmetic health providers is a significant plus.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable, measurable plans.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
