The Role

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who’s proven they can drive explosive growth through hands-on, data-driven marketing. You’ll own strategies to grow our user base (job seekers and employers), optimize our platform’s reach, and amplify our mission of merit-based hiring. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth experiments (e.g., SEO, content, paid ads, social campaigns) to boost user acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, optimize conversion funnels, and increase sign-ups and job postings.
  • Create compelling, merit-focused content that resonates with job seekers and employers tired of traditional hiring nonsense.
  • Build and test scalable marketing channels, from email campaigns to partnerships, to drive platform growth.
  • Track and report on KPIs like user growth, retention, and campaign ROI, using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Collaborate with product and community teams to align marketing with our merit-driven mission.

Requirements

  • Proven Impact: Show us online projects where you drove growth—think campaigns, landing pages, or social accounts with clear metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, revenue). Submit links or case studies with your application.
  • Data Savvy: Comfort analyzing data to spot trends and optimize performance. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Evidence of running A/B tests, growth hacks, or creative campaigns that delivered results.
